The Makgadikgadi Moonlight Adventure allows for companies or individuals to book a stall at the event. The stall fee is P1500 + 5% of your turnover. This is fee is for the space, you will need to setup your own stall including gazebo, generator and any other equipment you need to run your stall. The stall fee will include two tickets for managing the stall. Should you need more than two tickets to manage your stall, we will sell these to you at a very discounted rate.

If you are interested in applying for a stall, please fill out the below application form. Please note that filling out this application form does not mean that you automatically have a stall. No payments will be required unless your stall has been approved, at which time you will be notified and you will have 15 days to make payment to confirm your stall.

Applications for stalls close on 30 April 2023, no late applications will be accepted.
